Q : Please describe for us the Embedded Analytics challenges you faced

A : Our decision to select an analytics visualization partner was driven by several key criteria. First and foremost, we sought a partner with a long-term, customer-centric approach, demonstrating flexibility and agility. Security was another paramount consideration. Additionally, we required a licensing structure that would enable ECRS to deliver maximum value to our retailers. Q : Why did you go for Buy instead of Build?

A : ECRS boasts a highly capable software development team, backed by 36 years of industry experience. We were fully prepared to develop our own analytics visualization component if we couldn't find a partner that met our stringent criteria. The search was challenging and, at times, discouraging as none of the major US-based providers met our requirements. Near the end of our search, we discovered icCube. It didn't take long for us to complete our due diligence, thanks to the icCube team's helpfulness during our discovery process and in forming our licensing agreement.
